Ripped knees seem to be in everyones jeans at the moment; and I've got to say I'm quite liking this trend. There is something cool about having a bit of your knee on show, but not showing your whole leg. Well, that's my opinion anyway.
I've been eyeing people with ripped knees for a while now, so, with the help of Kat's video decided to create my own. I decided to do this with a pair of faded black jeans from Dorothy Perkins, as I already had a another pair set to replace them, and I decided it would be more money savvy then just buying a pair.
I'm pretty happy with how they turned out to be fair as I'm not the most creative of people in this way. I quite like how they're not directly even, but do think I could sandpaper them down a bit more too. For a first attempt, I'm impressed with myself.
What do you think of this trend?

Definitely better to just rip an old pair of jeans rather than paying silly money for ones that have been pre-ripped for sale in the shops haha!
ReplyDeleteAlthough, I'm still not sure on this whole ripped jeans trend, it kinds reminds me of when I was much much younger and always had holes in my jeans from playing around in the garden lol!
