Fashion Friday

In case you've been living under a rock, you will know that the 2012 Olympics will be taking place in London. Next have designed a line that runs alongside this event.

Due to being part of the Next bloggers scheme, a lovely woman from Next asked if I would like one of their scarves and of course I said yes.

The one I got sent was from the paralympic line, and is much smaller than a regular scarf, too small to wear around my neck, but it does look nice in my hair but I don't really wear that look, so I've found the perfect way to wear it and show my support for the Olympics, as it's never going to happen again in my country in my lifetime.

I've tied mine simple round my handbag to add something extra to my bag, and then I'm carrying my support around with me.

What do you think? Are you excited for the Olympics?

  6. The scarf looks lovely with your bag :) I'm pretty indifferent to the Olympics to be honest, never really one for anything sporty (other than climbing which doesn't look set to be part of the Olympics any time soon!)

  7. That's a lovely scarf and it goes so well with your bag. I'm dreading the Olympics, but mostly because I live a 10 minutes walk from the Olympic Village and I still have to go to work each day!

  8. I love the design, although I don't think I'm that excited for the Olympics that I'd actually buy one! (: My boyfriend told me tonight that he was going to see the Olympic Torch as it was in my home town and I got all jealous and excited - turned out he was winding me up and really it's in Cornwall - the opposite end of the country! Very disappointing (: xxx

  9. I really love the design of this scarf! I actually really like scarves tied to bags! I'm not really excited for the Olympics but I'm just not really into sports and to be honest I am too lazy to do a sport myself haha! :)
